”Jen and Fergal are lovely people and amazing hosts! Jen is quick with a smile and offers personalized suggestions to weary travellers. I am so grateful for the time we spent in Beaufort!”
”A really lovely hotel in a magnificent village. Very friendly and professional staff . Nice large well presented room . Great continental breakfast included free, great selection. The area is astounding. We took a boat trip to Garnish Island,15 mins . Basking seals on the way and a truly beautiful island that had been gifted to the nation by a man who created a remarkable paradise.Glengarriff goes straight to number one in my favourite places .”
”A lovely stay - wish I'd had more time there. Loved the cosy reception area with the open fires, esp since it was lashing rain outside. Room very comfortable and quiet with soft lighting and black out curtains.”
”The place was amazing, very nice and warm people around.
The food could have been better, even though it looked tempting in the menu, the taste needed improvement. ”
”This was one of the top highlights of my trip to Ireland. The farm is lovely (enjoy petting the cows and baby lambs!) and the owner/hostess (Sheila) is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She also makes an excellent Irish breakfast. Seriously, don’t miss this place. ”
”Great hotel on Ring of Kerry. Very clean with impressive views. After traveling the morning from Cork we spent a little time in Killarney for breakfast followed by Ross Castle( Jaunting/boat) then watched sheep dog demo at Kissane sheep farm. Perfect full day which got us at to hotel by 5pm with some break time before dinner in Sneem which is adorable, then drinks back at hotel watching sunset. The water view is spectacular. Hotel was perfect location for rest and relaxation after a full day...
”Incredible hotel and wonderful staff! Beautiful evening at their restaurant as well as the food was excellent.
Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside.”
”Loved the included breakfast and having a washer/ dryer in the unit. Staff was very kind. Early morning noise was a problem but maybe would have been less of an issue if the window would close all the way. ”
”Great new hotel right in downtown Kenmare. Street parking only which was a little tough on a busy night but the room was gorgeous with lots of space, a big shower and comfy beds The electric fireplace was a big hit ”
