”Hotelli oli aivan upea, romanttinen, ylellinen ja historiaa huokuva palatsi. Tämä palatsi oli samalla myös yksi Sintran nähtävyyksistä. Tässä hotellissa ei mitään jätetty sattuman varaan. Asiakkaat huomioitiin ensimmäisestä oven avauksesta viimeisiin hyvästeihin saakka tavalla, jota emme ole aiemmin kohdanneet muissa viiden tähden hotelleissa. ”Quinta Velha’s a gem tucked in Sintra’s hills, about a 10-minute walk from Pena Palace and the village center. It’s a small, upscale B&B on two hectares of forest, with a cool mix of old Portuguese charm and modern touches—think restored 1800s beams paired with sleek furniture. We stayed in one of the six suites, which felt cozy and private, like a boutique hideaway. The place was redone in 2019, so everything’s fresh but still has history.
