”Wow! This motel was really a nice surprise. The easiest check-in to a hotel or motel I have ever had. The staff were upbeat and helpful. The landscape with all the flowers was outstanding! The room had a nice fridge and a microwave. It was clean and didn't smell like chemicals like other motel and hotels do. You can back up right to your door. Most importantly the price was half the price of rooms in Mackinaw City in which we have stayed, and much nicer.”

”It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Close to the state park with lighthouse museum and fort michilimackinac within easy walking distance. The free shuttle bus to Sheplers ferry dock was also appreciated.”

”The staff is very polite and helpful. They let me know where everything was and gave us great tips for the island. The room was very clean and well maintained we were happy with it. Breakfast was a great inclusion and if you wanted there was a restaurant, bar and pizza spot on site, very convenient that we didn’t have to leave once we got there, food was good. ”I rented an Accessible Room, I am a Bilateral AKA traveler. There was a shower but the hand held shower head I could not reach if I could have used the bathroom! No wall fold down chair or shower removable chair. When questioned staff they stated that they meet ADA requirements! Yet they have violated every clause of ADA, false advertising.
