The room was great, very clean. The view was fantastic. When we got in the room, we were only missing a shower curtain, but the staff brought one right away. The only complaint we had was the pool was closed for roughly 24 hours due to high bromine content.

The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Tranquil Retreat or Romantic Getaway in Beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Mary Lynn was a wonderful hostess. She was helpful and friendly without being overbearing. The house was clean and cozy and felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again if our adventures bring us to the UP in the future!
