”Great stay, will be back to LakeView. Room had sound machine which was a plus. Did not expect the city view room to be that small but that’s all we needed me and my husband. When you are at the island you’re out and about enjoying the nature and surrounding.”

”We were so happy with our recent stay at the Stonecliffe. The property is gorgeous and the room was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and all the fun lawn games. Our kids especially enjoyed the nightly candy cart and smores! Having those activities for the kids made our trip that much better. We hope to come back soon!”

”My daughter and I enjoyed a quick overnight visit to Mackinac Island. The Inn is located within easy walking distance from Main Street. It has a pretty hot tub, sitting porch and nice continental breakfast. I also noticed they had complementary cookies set out in the evening.”

”Clean room, beautiful lake view, and easy check in and out! We loved the carriage rides there and back!”

”Part of of reason in choosing was the hot tub and it was broken for most all of our stay half working for 1 night out of 3. Our ac didn't work well either, since when we used our jeted tub in our room it was very hot in there as well. The breakfast was ok 1 day but not the next and didn't even try the last. Our bed was very hard as we're the pillows for being the king suite with jetted tub I thought it would have been nicer all the way around. This property has potential the staff was great...

”I thought this was a unique hotel because, (at least the suite I had) had a huge amount of space and a jetted tub overlooking the lake. The view is spectacular and if you don’t mind cold water the lake is right there to wade in. Breakfast was alright definitely about what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall staff was friendly and courteous and very easy to navigate the area.”

”Room was okay, comfortable beds and beautiful view. Breakfast was ridiculous! Tiny room and not well supplied. The worst was that the advertised hot tub was closed (for maintenance) and I had to chosen this place with a hot tub as high priority”

”Room smelled HORRIBLE. Water stains/roof leaks down the walls, and hasn’t been updated since the 50s including the furniture. Extremely disappointing to spend the weekend with my family. I wouldn’t stay if I were snowmobiling with buddies either.”

”The room was spacious and had a nice view of the lake. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because it was so loud. Not that there were loud people, but because the building is so old and poorly insulated that you can hear everything happening in other rooms like it's in your room.”
