”Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is the restaurant on site has 0/10 service and food. If you can eat elsewhere do so. The hotel itself, staff and rooms are 10/10. Highly Recommended ”

”Amazing staff. By far one of my favourite accommodations. Highly recommend! Pay the little extra for the upgraded rooms and you have a wonderful loft type condo stay ahead. ”

”The customer service at this hotel is unmatched and that is from everyone we came into contact with. Rather the valet, front desk, the bellhop, and the restaurant staff everyone wanted to ensure we were satisfied. This was an extremely busy weekend with a concert in town and they could have been overwhelmed with the demands but not here. Kudos to the leadership setting the right expectations and the amazing staff for delivering. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. We highly recommend!”

” Beautiful old historic hotel, steps away from the Alamo and close enough to the gorgeous Riverwalk but far enough from the crowds when you want it a bit more quiet. It was perfect for us. ”
