”For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.”

”The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.”

”Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

”Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again.”

”The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because there was no screen on the window so we could not get any fresh air from the overpowering air freshener that they use in the lobby and the rooms. For people sensitive to smell be aware.
The hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good. Multiple options. They even have a separate family game room.”

Anyone who has a bad back or joint problems will definitely have problems getting down to the seat and real problems getting back up!
