It is a practical and functional 43 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to four guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is located on the first floor of the building and does not have a lift.
The bedroom has a 1.35 cm double bed dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings, television, electric heater and ceiling fan.
In addition, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two people, television, split air conditioning cold/heat and ceiling fan.
You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.
We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.
The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.
The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.
You will also find a comfortable dining area.
The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
