HOW TO MOVE

You can reach every city center area by foot. Additionally, it has convenient access to public transportation:

Buses: Lines 50 and 62 are the closest; you will find their stops less than 3 minutes from the apartment.

Metro: The closest stop is Puerta de Ángel, line 6.

These busy and efficient lines will take you through the main zones of the city.



TO CONSIDER-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
