Valverde Malasaña Studio is a temporary rental apartment located in the center of Madrid, right in the heart of the Malasaña neighborhood.

Malasaña is one of Madrid’s historic districts that, interestingly, is home to the city’s most modern and alternative residents. It is often associated with the cultural explosion of the 1980s known as the Movida Madrileña. You’ll be living among some of the trendiest people in Madrid.

The studio features a living area with a sofa bed (please note, it does not have a regular bed) and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery.

The living area is the perfect place to relax with the smart TV after a long day of studying or working.

The apartment also includes: free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, heating, and welcome toiletries.

THE AREA

Malasaña is home to some of the most lively open spaces in the city. These areas are often bustling with a mix of neighborhood life and big-city energy. The surrounding streets are narrow and full of charm. Feel like a true Madrileño as you experience life in this vibrant neighborhood.

Plaza del Dos de Mayo is considered the central hub of Malasaña, and Calle Manuela Malasaña is a well-known street that gave the neighborhood its name. In addition, you’ll find all the services needed for a temporary stay nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take metro Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 6 toward Laguna. At Diego de León, switch to Line 5 toward Casa de Campo. Get off at Chueca station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha:

Take Line 1 toward Pinar de Chamartín. At Gran Vía station, transfer to Line 5 toward Alameda de Osuna. Get off at Chueca and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín:

Take Line 1 toward Valdecarros. At Gran Vía, transfer to Line 5 toward Alameda de Osuna. Get off at Chueca and walk to the provided address.

GETTING AROUND

Valverde Malasaña is in the city center, so it's easy to walk to most destinations. However, if you prefer to use the metro, the closest stations are Gran Vía, Callao, Chueca, and Tribunal.



TO CONSIDER-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
