From there, you’ll reach downtown Madrid in 15 minutes. You can visit iconic landmarks such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, or Gran Vía. There is a set of keys inside the apartment, in case you prefer to use them. If you decide to do so, please leave them in the same place where you found them before you leave. Important: If you lose the physical key:
You will be responsible for it.
You must contact an emergency locksmith and cover the cost of the service.
If you have already checked out of the accommodation, we will bill you for the corresponding amount based on the locksmith’s invoice.

Location and points of interest: Calle Elfo is next to the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas, an iconic landmark in Madrid. It is also very close to Calle de Alcalá, one of the city’s main thoroughfares, known for its wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s a perfect area to enjoy the tranquility of the Quintana neighborhood, with easy access to more vibrant and commercial areas.Other highlights: Self-check-in with a smart lock and access via the Nuki app.
A code will be sent to your cell phone; YOU’LL NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE NUKI APP to unlock the apartment, so make sure to always carry your phone with you—fully charged and with data enabled. You’ll also find a set of keys inside, in case you prefer to use them.
Please take good care of them and don’t lose them. If they’re lost, an EMERGENCY locksmith will have to be called, and the guest will be responsible for the locksmith’s fees!
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; BEFORE YOU LEAVE, make sure to turn off THE LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONING, AND HEATING.
- Before arriving at the apartment, you must complete the registration process via a link that will be sent to your email by the check-in company to fulfill the police registration requirement mandated by law, and you must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
- The apartment may only be occupied by the individuals registered and confirmed in the official reservation. Only registered guests will have access to the apartment, unless the owner is notified in advance.
- Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours and the building’s common areas between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Parties and excessive noise are prohibited.
- If guests fail to comply with these rules or the owner receives a complaint from a neighbor, guests must leave the apartment immediately without the option to stay for the remainder of their reservation and without the right to a refund.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.; if you are late, you will be charged a €80 surcharge, due to the inconvenience this causes the cleaning company.
- Likewise, we ask guests NOT TO SMOKE inside the apartment. If this rule is not followed, a penalty of 200€ will be applied.
- We recommend that upon arrival at the apartment, you inspect it and report any IMPORTANT damage you notice to avoid misunderstandings and ensure you are not charged unfairly later. You can send us a photo to document any issues and thus avoid confusion at the end of your stay.
- PLEASE DO NOT leave trash in the apartment. Trash must be disposed of after 8:00 PM in the street bins.
- Do not stain the towels, bedding, pillows, blankets, etc. If stains from makeup, shoe polish, hair dye, or any other type of product are found, you will be charged per item (for example: €10 per small towel and €15 per large towel).
- Do not put the towels in the washing machine, as they are sent to a specialized laundry service.
- Thank you for airing out the apartment for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.
