Huoneisto lähellä Retiro Park & Prado -museota. Peruuttaminen I

Se on upea huoneisto sijaitsee Calle Academia, Jerónimos naapurustossa, hienoimmista Madridissa. Huoneistossa on ainutlaatuinen sijainti, vain muutaman metrin päässä Retiro-puistosta ja myös Prado-museosta, Thyssenistä tai Cortes Generalesista. Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor jne. Ovat myös vain muutaman minuutin päässä. Kadulla on erittäin hiljainen sekä päivällä että yöllä, vaikka kaupungin parhaat kaupat ovat hyvin lähellä (Serrano-katu) ja baareja ja ravintoloita vain muutaman metrin päässä Paseo del Pradosta. Epäilemättä tämän asunnon sijainti on etuoikeus.

Huoneisto avasi syksyllä 2015. Se on runsaasti auringonvaloa, koska se on täysin ulkoa ja siinä on suuret ikkunat, jotka kirkastavat ja tarjoavat valoa jokaisen metrin huoneiston. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella tarpeellisella ja se on sisällytetty olohuoneeseen. Huoneistossa on vuodesohva, johon mahtuu 4 henkilöä. Kaikki on sisustettu ja tarkka yksityiskohtaisesti. Makuuhuoneessa on 1.50m x 2.00m parivuode, jossa on pukuhuone ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone.

Retiro I -huoneisto on täydellinen vaihtoehto niille, jotka haluavat todella erityistä oleskelua Madridin keskustassa.

Perfect place for exploring Madrid

We loved everything about this place. Came in from a long flight from the US and check in was incredibly fast and property manager was very helpful in welcoming us and getting us oriented. Location was fantastic, right near the park and also walkable to almost anything you'd want to see while in Madrid. Apartment was clean and well-appointed. There is no major grocery store nearby, but there was a mini-market right across the street which we found met our needs perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Terrific location

Loved the location and unit. Only problem was that they picked up garbage on the street in the middle of the night. Very noisy for a residential area. Our contact was great.

Un apartamento muy bien ubicado y cómodo. Al utilizar el sofá cama de la sala el baño dentro de la habitación es un poco incomodo. A pesar de que el colchón de la habitación es bueno, haría falta que además del edredón y la sabana esquinera colócaran sábanas para arroparse. La presión del agua caliente era muy escasa y la cortina de la ducha puede mejorarse.

Small jewel next to the Prado

My wife and I loved our week-long stay at this small, but very comfortable apartment a block from the Prado Museum. Maria, our contact, was in touch with us prior to arrival and met us outside the property to welcome us and show us the flat and how everything worked. Very efficient. The photographs of the flat accurately describe the interior. The kitchen is small, but has most everything you need. We chose the 'apartment' over a hotel because of the kitchen and the washing machine (useful on our 3 week journey through Spain). We were able to provision excellent produce and specialties from some of the 'mercados' and have delicious breakfasts (and a lunch or dinner) at our home. No dishwasher (or dryer), but we managed just fine. The bedroom was cozy, but the bed and linens were super comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well-lit and very modern. The shower and sink, as some have noted, drain slowly. The location is also ideal for museum goers, as it is a five minute walk from the Prado (10 minutes to the Thyssen or the Reina Sofia). It is across the street from the stunning Retiro park, with its manicured paths with glorious trees and flowers (rose garden was in full bloom). The one downside to the apartment and this luxe neighborhood is that it is not very close to food markets or supermarkets (20 minute walk), though there is a convenience store across the street to get necessities like milk, wine, beer, bottled water, etc. Would highly recommend this property and the excellent team that take lovely care of it !

Superb location

Gabriella was very professional and friendly during the check-in process. The location of this apartment is unbeatable... close to everything and yet in a very quiet street. Smart TV and access to Netflix a huge plus +++ Will definetely stay here again.

Convenient Location, Comfortable Stay

Lovely Apartment, located just behind the Prado Museum. Easy walking distance to the other museums. Property was clean and well maintained. Windows took care of street noise. Great for a couple. We stayed a week and loved it. Minimal staples. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Madrid. Genteel Homes communicated well and we met for check in with no problems. Good suggestions on taxi service, restaurants and groceries. Great restaurants nearby.

Stylish property in an excellent location

Great location very near the Prado and Retiro Park. We were in Madrid for a combination holiday and participation in and filming of two Pickleball Tournaments so we had a lot of gear with cameras, tripods, etc and PB equipment. Though the apartment is on the small side, we had enough room for everything! It was very clean and is a nicely furnished place with a good-sized bedroom and large walk-in closet. The bathroom works well. Airconditioning was very much appreciated early on in our stay. There is some traffic and people noise at night, but overall it was quieter than I expected being in the center of Madrid, except for very early morning trash removal (!). Nice building with two lifts; never had to wait. Communication with Genteel Home was excellent. They were very responsive to all my queries, met us at the apartment, gave us useful information re banks, stores and restaurants (which were all within walking distance) and were most accommodating to some last minute changes in our schedule. A couple of minor things: the bed for us was on the hard side and an iron and a coffee maker/machine would have been nice to have. Funnily enough there was a box in a drawer that an iron came in, but not the iron. :) Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Great location, but....

This may be due to the fact that my cousin arrived before us, but we did not receive any instructions from Ignacio. The bed was very hard. It took us 3 days to connect on the internet, and then the connection was very poor. Shower was a little difficult. Could not figure out the coffee maker. Finally asked doorman(very helpful) where nearest market was at for toilet paper, etc. I knew it would take us considerable time to get through passport check, and Ignacio just seemed to be in a hurry. We arrived at the airport at 10AM(30 minutes late). I believe it was 1PM by the time we got to the apartment.

At the heart of the cultural precinct.

We found the apartment as described and perfectly situated for access to the cultural heart of Madrid. Retiro Park is adjacent and was a pleasant relief from the heat. The only negative for us was the distance to the nearest supermarket and metro station. We would rent this apartment again.

sweet, well-located apartment

The apartment was nicely located between the park and the Prado. It is very clean and the pictures provide a good representation of the inside. The building itself is modern--the picture of the building that is provided is the one that you see looking toward the park. It would have been nice to know that construction was taking place at the entrance to the building but the workers did cover up the trenches at the front door and the work didn't start too early. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Excellent Location

Property was in great shape, but the bed is not comfortable. The check in process was easy and personnel very helpful. The only bad thing was the A/C; it was not clean (horrible) but other than that I strongly recommend the place. It's close to Retiro and to El Prado.

Maintenance poor

This apartment is in a secure building in a very good area near the Prado. It is small,but bright and clean. The problem is poor maintenance. The shower head was broken and we were told it was to be replaced, but that didn't happen. There were other more minor issues which were not addressed. I would recommend this area of Madrid, but not this apartment or this company, because of the lack of response to our complaints.

O apartamento tem uma localização perfeita. Ao lado do parque do retiro, atrás do museu do Prado. Três estações do metrô estão muito próximas. Apartamento bem equipado. Falta apenas um aquecedor melhor. Recomendo.

A nice apartment centrally located.

The apartment was in a very good location, by Retiro park. Although on a side street, very noisy with the window open. The person who greeted us was not very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. We asked for the nearest market and she sent us several streets away. There was one on the street behind us! Also, when people are on vacation, like us, should'nt worry about buying laundry detergent or toilet paper! Prices are high for these kind of accommodations, basic necessities shoul be included.

Muy buena

Elegímos la vivienda por su situación. Al lado del parque del retiro con buenas conexiones con el aeropuerto, y otros lugares de interés. Estaba muy limpia y Youlia fue muy atenta en todo momento. Perfecta para una pareja o para una familia con 1-2 niños pequeños. Si La recomendaría.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Nous souhaitions un petit appartement confortable pour 3 jours pour visiter les points d'intérêt de Madrid et nous avons été comblés.En effet nous étions situés à 8 mn à pied du Prado qq mn de plus pour Thyssen et Reine Sofia , le parc Rétiro à 100 m. Quant à l'appartement :nous avons été reçus à l'heure par une charmante personne, l'équipement et la propreté des lieux étant également parfait.

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement. Propre, agréable et lumineux. Il permet de visiter tous les musées à pied et de se promener dans le parc. Je recommanderai cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent visiter Madrid!
