All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.

To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.

⏰ Check-In Time:
Standard check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00.
Arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00: subject to a €48.4 late check-in fee
Arrivals between 00:00 and 09:00: subject to a €84.7 late check-in fee
