The firm is led by architect Carmen Luque Espejo, who specializes in the design and optimization of unique spaces in unbeatable locations. The goal is to provide the sector with the full range of amenities and services. Of particular note is the interior design of each apartment, as well as its themed décor, with each one representing a different city around the world.
🚫 Basic Rules.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

Parties and events: Not permitted.

Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid making disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

🧹 Apartment Care

Leave the kitchen tidy, utensils clean, and trash in the appropriate bins.

Take care of the furniture and report any damage or lost keys to our team.

🛏️ Your Stay

The accommodation includes bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and utilities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi.
