The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. **

This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located on the daylight basement of an exclusive renovated classic building, with a lift and with only one apartment per floor, which guarantees total independence and privacy.

Upon entering the apartment we find a living room furnished with high-end and high-quality elements, with a sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV and a window facing an interior patio that provides great luminosity. In the same living room we find a dining area with a table for four people.

After the living room, there is a hallway which takes us to the rest of the rooms. First, there is the bathroom with a shower. Then, the first bedroom, with two 90 x 2 m single beds, a window to an interior patio and a built-in closet. After that, the second bedroom, with two 90 x 2 m single beds and a window facing an interior patio. Finally, at the end of the corridor, we can find the kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay and with a table with two stools, and next to it the second bathroom, equipped with shower.

The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the tenants who stay in the apartment.

The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
