This compact and cozy apartment in the north offers a quiet stay just 30 minutes from downtown Madrid and easy access to Sol, Gran Vía, and Retiro Park.

Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups of up to 4 people.

The layout includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchenette, along with all the necessary amenities to enjoy the capital from a quiet neighborhood.

The property is a standalone first-floor unit. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. This accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

The living room and kitchen are in the same room. There is a dining area with a table that can be moved if you wish to unfold the sofa bed.

There is also a bathroom inside the bedroom with all the necessary amenities.

As a guest, you will have access to:

- Double bed + sofa bed (max. 4 guests)
- Air conditioning + heating (split unit)
- Fully equipped kitchen with: Dolce Gusto coffee machine + some welcome capsules, mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric glass-ceramic cooktop, dishes, cutlery, and glassware
- Dining table and chairs in the living area
- Full bathroom with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer
- Wi-Fi and Smart TV

Located in Fuencarral, a peaceful and well-connected neighborhood in northern Madrid, the apartment offers a more relaxed setting away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center. You’ll find local cafés, parks, supermarkets, and essential services nearby, all within walking distance.

The apartment is about 30 minutes from central Madrid (Sol, Gran Vía, Retiro) by public transportation or car. With nearby metro and bus connections, it’s easy to reach the heart of the city for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, then return to a calm and quiet home base.
The nearest metro station is Fuencarral, a 10-minute walk away.

As shown in the photos, the kitchen is compact and suitable for preparing meals in the apartment, but it is not a full kitchen. The refrigerator is small, and the stove is electric.

The apartment is a standalone first-floor unit with direct access from the street.

It is one of two adjacent ground-floor units connected by an internal door that is not accessible. Each is fully independent and private.
However, the door can only be opened if the reservation is for more guests than the capacity of each unit and both units’ guests wish to be connected to one another.

Although the property is far from the center, you may hear noise during your stay.

The accommodations are equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 cleaning kit
Some welcome coffee capsules
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of paper towels

The property has a decibel detector and a floor area of approximately 25 m².
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
