”The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in.”

”La atención fue maravillosa. July la joven de la recepción súper amable y atenta. El otro señor muy cordial y el ambiente muy tranquilo. Si quieres tener un sitio cómodo y confortable debes elegir este lugar. Calor humano que para mí es lo más valioso. Seguro que volveré muy pronto. Se los recomiendo ”

”Siisti huone, vaatimaton majapaikka. Kylpyhuone todella pieni, ovi mahtui juuri ja juuri aukeamaan. Äänieristys olematon, äänet seinän takaa ja kadulta kuuluvat selvästi. Huone nro 1 aivan katutasossa. Respan hlökunta puhui äänekkäästi puhelimessa illalla, mutta klo 23 jälkeen talossa onneksi hiljeni ja yöt olivat rauhalliset. Vierailuni aikana ei kovin kielitaitoista hlökuntaa paikalla. Metroasemat kävelyetäisyydellä ja lähellä on ravintoloita ja kahviloita. ”

”All noices from the staircase and from the other rooms were heard to inside your own room. Entrance from the street was nice and it gave you a little bit more privacy. Good choice to someone who doesn't need all kind of services.”

”Ideal para estancias cortas, calle tranquila y bien comunicada. Por el precio no puedes pedir mucho más, las habitaciones son razonablemente cómodas. El punto negativo es que se oye todo, tanto de otras habitaciones como de los pasillos, etc.”

”Great clean and quiet place, only thing is getting in as there is no staff, how to get the buzzer working, and had hot water issues on two occasions. ”

”O apartamento é perfeito para duas pessoas. O único problema do nosso é que ficou do lado da área de fumantes e nós não somos fumantes, aí o cheiro incomodou. Mas recomendo muito. É hotel de fácil acesso, não é perto, mas está bem localizado em relação a metros e ônibus ”

”Ich war sehr begeistert und das Zimmer war zudem sehr sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist zwar kein Hotelzimmer und die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich auf einer Etage im Wohnhaus. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ein großes Dankeschön und Lob geht an die Mitarbeiter. Sie sind sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.”

”Pues no sé porqué tanto comentario negativo. Fui un finde y la verdad estaba normalito. Es limpio, tiene wifi, el dueño no fastidia, tuve una buena estancia.”

”Check-in was easy because it was all done online beforehand. You must have access to data in order to unlock the main doors and rooms as there are no keypads or keys. Overall, the area was quiet and clean, within easy walking distance to the Prado museum and shopping. ”

”Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

”We had a stop-over in Madrid and this was perfect: close to Atocha, but quiet. Room was tidy. Breakfast was the cheapest possible sugar and wheat. I didn't have anything but a drink.”

”Sijainti erinomainen, kävellen pääsi moneen haluamaamme paikkaan. Keskustassa sijainnistaan huolimatta yön äänet eivät häirinneet nukkumista. Henkilökunta otti ystävällisesti vastaan. Kuviin verrattuna kuluneempi ja pienempi, mutta ei haitannut.”
