"The hotel was easy to find, easy to park and the staff both in reception, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were first class ( Possibly the best I've interacted within in UK ).. they upgraded room to lakeside which was lovely but the only criticism was the double bed i booked ended up being 2 single ..."

"Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after.
