”Historical property recently updated. Great location, so close to UC-Berkeley, BART and restaurants. Our only complaint was the trifecta of noise generators in our room - the wall A/C, an auxiliary A/C unit and the loudest small fridge we have ever encountered. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable.”

”This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. ”The folks at Sens Hotel were so helpful and kind. I canceled one room on Expedia 48 hours before, but it didn't show up as canceled for Hotel Sens', or on Expedia for that matter. Sens canceled the room on their end, then Expedia showed the upcoming refund. The folks at Sens were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The hotel is right in the middle of North Berkeley's foodie row.”

”I love staying at The Graduate, it’s the only hotel I stay in when I go visit my daughter, everything is close by. The hotel is pretty nice, I like hanging out at the dining lobby, the Henry’s hotel is also convenient and they gave the best brisket burger. The rooms are clean and staff are very nice.”

”You get what you pay for. Worth what I paid around 160 a night no more. Tv sucks ac sucks, front desk people no where to be found at times, no answer on phone. Runs on a skeleton crew. House cleaning awning excellent, no bed bugs, pretty clean. Parking lot would benefit from a front gate with a passcode or room key system to secure it, its strange that they close one gate and there is no gate on the other side. I would not stay here again based on the poor ac and inability to open the sliding...

”Rooms were both clean and ready for occupancy. Requested additional towels and received them quickly. Breakfast was a bit pricy. Our boys enjoyed the pool very, very much.”

”The good: Great welcome by front desk. Good food available. Nicely decorated property. Not so good: Long queue and wait for valet parking. Hair found on makeup face towels (gross), and room not very clean. Limited options for in room coffee (not enough for two people).”

”The price and quality of the hotel was a good match for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The was nice, comfortable, and everything worked appropriately. The neighborhood had plenty to choose from fir shopping, dining, and entertainment. In my case the walk to the train station was tricky due to the numerous overpasses that surrounds the area and Google maps telling me to down streets that we're not passable.”

”Lots of places to walk to get great food, before 9 PM. Afterwards, it’s pretty much a food desert. It’s great being two blocks away from Bart when you’re traveling from the airport. Very comfortable beds! Great size bathroom!”
