”The pool closed at 11 pm for children and stayed open until 12 AM for adults. When we went down stairs to enjoy a kid free experience in the pool and hot tub at 11:30 there was a group of children in the pool. We left the hotel at midnight and arrived back close to 1 in the morning and there was still a group of kids and adults in the pool area screaming and being loud. We can hear them running through the halls during the night. Although this was more of a guest issue, I feel the staff should...

”We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. ”The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. ”
