Non amo rispondere alle critiche, specialmente quando denigratorie e poco veritiere . Non c’è stato dialogo e il telefono fornito sulla prenotazione era inutilizzabile. Mi sono preoccupato di contattarli come faccio con tutti senza speranze . Solo all’arrivo al villaggio vengo contattato dopo che senza informazioni hanno provato di loro spontanea volontà di cercare la casa . La casa è oggettivamente pulita … purtroppo c’è stata una dimenticanza dello scarico doccia … mea culpa ma dire che da sporca e dire una cattiveria !!! Inoltre sono sempre super disponibile per tutte le persone che si pongono in modo rispettoso e visto che questi signori non lo hanno fatto … cambiare la modalità dei letto dopo averli fatti non è corretto se mi avessero chiesto prima dell’arrivo … invece oltre a un matrimoniale e un lettino visto che erano marito moglie e figlio volevano un quarto letto !!!! Tutti i miei ospiti sono sempre rimasti contenti sia del mio modo di fare che della casa … quindi mai più anche per noi state tranquilli!!!!
