Only low score was for eco-friendliness because we have no idea about their environmental considerations, and we were regularly served plastic straws wrapped individually in more plastic, and with Crete being windy the straws and wrappers were flying littering everywhere.”

”Huonekuvauksessa luvatut kylpytakit puutuivat eikä kylpyhuonetuotteet olleet ns. merkkituotteita. Moderni ja tilava sviitti merinäkymineen ja terassijazucceineen oli viehättävä, mutta työn jälki esim. wc:n seinäpainikkeen ympärillä ja terassin puurakenteissa ei ihan parasta A-luokkaa. Suihkussa kosteusvaurioita kärsinyt PUINEN lattiaritilä vähän ikävän näköinen ja haiskahtava. Vastaanottotiski juoksutti meitä kahteen kertaan uutta avainkorttia hakemassa, vaikka vika olikin sähkölukon patterin...

”Sindssygt lækkert værelse med egen pool. Perfekt til vores ‘babymoon’. Hotellet er mega lækkert, og service er virkelig god. 20 min gåtur fra hotellet ligger byen Elounda, hvor jeg kan anbefale at gå ind om aftenen og spise aftensmad. Eneste minus på hotellet er nemlig maden, der er ret dyr og ret middelmådig. Vi spiste aftensmad der de to første dage, før vi begyndte at tage ned i byen. Der fik vi mere for det halve.
Men alt i alt perfekt pool-værelse.”

”Excellent service from beginning to end. Excellent, very friendly and accommodating staff, great food, walk to the beach, great pools, wonderful spa on property.”
”We paid for a room with a sea view. We got a room with a view of the parking lot. The hotel reasoned that there are no sea view rooms available because those who made their reservation earlier get them. Very poor reasoning. In this case, sea view rooms should not be sold if there are none! So be prepared to pay the full price for the accommodation even if you only get part of what was promised.
The hotel is located in a quiet location. It is 2 kilometers to the beach. The pool area is nice....

”Overall a great hotel. The food is great, but also expensive as you would guess. Moderate dinner without deserts at the sushi place for two 100€, worth every € though. There are great restaurants at the near by villages of Plaka and Elounda, 30 min walk or 7€ by taxi. The deluxe room was as you would expect. Breakfast was good. The views and service are immaculate. Only major improve point is the beach. First of all the beach is open to everybody and anybody can and will occupy the hotels beach...

"I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains. "
