”What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing.
The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. It's also great to have coffee spots at both ends of the street — a lovely bonus whether you're heading out for the day or winding down in the evening. Great Italian...

”Parking was really good - easy access to room etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Convenient location to the shops in Mosgiel.
The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table.

Really nice location.
A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet.
The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on.
That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well.”

”Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning.
Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level ”

”Motel was ok. My point of view is affected by a few very nice motels we have stayed in the previous nights. Motel was clean and room was spacious. Bathroom was ok, but I dont like shower curtains in hotels. Also after showering, the whole floor was wet and no means to dry it out. ”

”Accomodation had been double booked. Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. ”A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard.”
