”We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update.”

”The hotel was very dirty and was not kept well on the outside. There was garbage everywhere. There was bugs. The bolt on the door didn’t work. The toilet ran very loud all night.”

”This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean.”

”A handful of problems with the visit:
-- TV antenna was broken and TV didn't work
-- shower water faucet fell off during use
-- one bed lamp had no bulb
-- cups at coffee bar had no lids; manager reported they were out
-- a sticky spill was on the floor next to the refrigerator
-- there was no sign at the hotel nor any guidance on getting to the lobby behind another property
Generally, a dissatisfying time.”
