”This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

”This was a place that was very well cared for. the owner was more than a hostess, she was cordially very willing to do anything possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I stayed here for several months due to work. My husband and children came at weekends to accompany me. This was such a relaxing environment to refuel and have quality time with the family. The hospitality and kindness of the hostess and her family were exceptional. A real home away from home”

”The owner phoned not long after we checked in to make sure we had got into the property okay and to see if we had any queries. I appreciated the contact and he had also left fruit, as well as bottled water, spreads and cheese in the fridge. The apartment is comfortable with a great bathroom and good kitchen facilities. It is just over a twenty minute walk to Rochester high street. Although it states it is a two bedroom apartment the second bedroom is not available to anyone renting the...

”I chose this property because of transport convenience and price. Underground & train station are 2 minutes walk away, supermarket is right next door. Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at...

”Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such.”

”The worst part of our stay was that it was too short, everything was absolutely perfect with the accommodation. From the outset communication was excellent, more especially on the day of our arrival. Jai very kindly facilitated a luggage drop off before check-in which was greatly appreciated. Overall this is a gem of a place to stay and we will definitely be back.”
