”5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...

”Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.”

”Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!”

”When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it.”

”Jouduimme odottamaan huonetta kauan ja kun saimme sen, huoneen lattia oli hiekkainen. Seuraavana päivänä pyysimme toisen huoneen toisesta kerroksesta ja saimme sen, joka oli todella ystävällistä. Näköala merelle oli mielettömän hieno ja hotelli sijaitse aivan rannalla joten uimaan pääsi todella helposti. Huoneet oli isot mutta kadulta kuului musiikki pitkälle aamuun asti. Suosittelen silti! Aamiaisravintola hyvä mutta palvelu hidas.”

”The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Fix broken fridge door n spray paint rusty spots. The front n balcony doors needs some loving. A deep cleaning on all the surfaces in n on the property (washroom door n balcony doors) is much needed. Overall, its a great space, however, it has fallen into disrepair n requires care. ”

”During my stay at the fishermen point apartment in Ocho Riso, I was not satisfied with my stay the bed blanket add a strong odor lots of Mosquito, ants, Bugs. Shower door broken unable to slide back and forth. Unfortunate my wife and I we couldn’t switch to another room are canceled cause of non- refundable.”
