An OK hotel at the Amalfi Coast
I don't think it's a ****hotel anymore - seen it's splender days. However, the staff in the reception were nice, but the housekeeping wasn't all that great.

The hotel was very nice, Wi-Fi did not work most of the time, there was 200 tv channels and not one was in English and there was no chairs setup at the beach area.

Dear Guest,thank you for your review and the note about the wifi. some rooms we have had some problems with the connection and we are working on it.Referring to the beach , here all the beach clubs have closed the second week of October as the beach season finishes due to the weather and the arriving of swells.

Perfect location. All of the staff were excellent. They went above and beyond. We needed to leave very early the last day so we missed breakfast, so they had a great little breakfast packed in to go bags.

Awesome stay
Awesome stay. Staff were attentive to all our needs. Even packed us a take away breakfast when we had to leave early for our transport to the airport. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Maiori is definitely the place to be on the Amalfi coast

The splendid Splendid
Staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Nikola and Margarita are the best! They helped us with our room, restaurants, moving around to the best sites and everything local. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had a good experience, however I don’t think I would stay here again for the simple fact that the beds feel like you are sleeping on concrete! We didn’t sleep well the entire time unfortunately.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. I would like to mention Andreina, Nicola from the reception desk and Sofia, our breakfast server who always smiled and made our breakfast special. The cleaning staff was very nice as well, but i don't know any names. We would like to return for sure.

L’hôtel est merveilleusement bien situé à 2 pas de la plage. Il est cependant très vieillot. A ce tarif on s’attend à une chambre beaucoup plus contemporaine. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Parking top mais cher. Hôtel bien et très cher je trouve vu l’état. Personnel agréable et bilingue voir trilingue ça aide ;)

The room was clean and beautiful veiw from first floor. Close to beach and also in Maiori city which is convenient to dine and shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful also they offered us to change our room to the higher floor with better view, which we didn't change. Breakfast was pretty good and had some good variety. It was a very good and pleasant experience in this hotel.

This is not 4 stars hotel. Outdated and needs to be refurbished completely. Rooms are not sound isolated which makes you hear every little sound and hard to sleep. The hairdryer was so outdated that I haven’t see anything like that in my 50 years. The stuff was very friendly and accommodating.

Dear Guest,You are right we have to refurbish the hotel and we are planning to do the outside as we have already done the inside.The disappointing concering is that you've had two deluxe rooms which are the newest rooms we have... (redone in 2022)Referring to the sounds we can clearly remember that you've asked to change the room because the guests in the family room above you was noisy considering that they had three children. These cannot be an hotel issue.The hairdryer is the standard hairdryer of the hotel line.

Parking on-site was a plus, hotel is right on the beach, and the staff was excellent. We had a slight maintenance issue with our initial room and the staff went out of their way to make it right. This was very appreciated. Excellent service.

Fabulous location, service, and view of the ocean. We really liked that the hotel is situation is situated at the very end of the Maiori beach because you are "away from it all", but still a very short walk to all of the restaurants and shops.

We arrived at this hotel and right away felt right at home. Nicola and Ida at the front desk are amazing!!! They made sure we had the perfect room for our stay. The breakfast is also delicious with great service, we really liked Sofia. We stayed a total of 4 nights here and definitely didn’t want it to end. Our room view was spectacular and the beach was literally 10 steps away. For 20 euros only, you can get two beds and one umbrella at the beach. We can’t wait to return in future years! Thank you.

The room was spacious the bathroom was updated and cleaned.... staff was very helpful professional and friendly... Location was awesome and the beach very enjoyable... Water Was very clear and the temperature was perfect... Hotel needs a renovation...paint job interior n exterior...new doors...lobby n entrance a bit old n elevator small n old... Could be considered part of the charm .... Overnight a nice place n excellent location. The lobby was small and in need of an update

Proximity to beach was perfect. Located at end of main strip so we did not have to cross major strip to get to beach. Staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Daily breakfast was ok; hot options were not great but plenty of other options to choose from. No formal restaurant on site. Beach chairs and umbrellas were not complimentary. They need to be purchased daily for 20 euros (2 chairs) and 1 umbrella. Not awful but would have been nice to be included since it’s a beach resort. Highly recommend property. Has the beauty of being on the Amalfi Coast without all the crowds and high prices of the surrounding towns.

This is a perfect place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. First, the stretches of beaches are amazing and you can rent a two chairs and an umbrella right in front of the hotel for $20 a day, totally worth it. There are free beaches as well, but the chairs were wonderful. Also, I would recommend that you call the hotel in advance to book any excursions that you want. We rented a car, but really didn’t need to as the ferry will take you to Capri and to Positano and it is reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and our view of the beach was spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was helpful and profession and the breakfast was great, I am a vegan and there were plenty of options for me.
