"We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor"

"Cypress Resort is comfortable but the room we stayed in was a little run down. There were many cracks in the bathroom. The staff were ok, I would suggest they take the time to look around the resort to see where everything is located. The receptionist wasn’t sure where we could locate a rubbish bin. ..."
