”Decent hotel near the Las Rozas outlet villages. Everything was clean and there is a cafeteria style of restaurant serving food & drinks if needed. Parking was free and available as well. The hotel lacks a bit of character, but its conveniently located for the highways and shopping at Las Rozas. Other side of the hotel there is also Basque restaurant, if the hotels cafeteria is not enough. When driving and following the navigator instructions to the hotel, pay attention that the slip...

”Can't recommend. I booked wrong dates by mistake and I noticed it straight away. tried to change those to the correct ones but the correct dates were fully booked. They answered that they are not returning the money back. Really bad service from the hotel and shortsighted as well. Guess am I going to book from this hotel another time?

”Good location.”

”Wierd place and not very clean, especially in the communal areas. Taps were not secure in the wall of the bath/shower. Wierd place”

”Amenities are awesome, reminds me of google”

”Good option in the Pozuelo area but limited amenities and service hours.”

”Great room with access to pool, i would have loved the pool open longer since it was a hot summer day”

”The stay was nice, bed was a bit hard but still slept really well. Nice and spacious. Great hub if you don't want to stay in the busy areas but definitely takes a bit to get around to main attractions. Parking included was great. Would recommend not allowing smoking in front of doors as the lobby then smells of smoke. Also please include water in the room.”
