”The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,”

”Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for. ”

”One of the weirdest hotel I have ever been to. The decoration and set up is so strange.. the left was covered with unusually strange looking wall paper. No air con in it. We booked. a double room we got stuff for a single occupancy. No toilet paper, no one came to clean my room while I was away. The room condition was so poor.
