Nice stay
Its far from haram. But free shuttle service is good. It only takes 5 mins to go to haram by shuttle. Clean rooms.

For old and sick people i don t recommend this hotel because is too far from the haram also is problem with the elevator most the time it takes me between 15 to 20 minutes to get to my room

Le service est terrible
Nous avons vecu une experience desastreuse. En arrivant ils nous ont donné une suite. Je leur ai dit que je n'ai pas commandé de suite mais une chambre simple. Ils nous ont dit que si vous voulez changer il faut le faire avec votre agence. Puis on s'est installé dans la suite. Une demi heure après ils sont venu nous dire qu'ils se sont trempés et qu' ils doivent nous déménager à une autre chambre. Ceci fait ils nous ont mis dans une chambre où il y des fenetres ouvertes sans fentres. J'ai demandé de changer ils nous ont encore trasferer dans une autre chambre sur la rue tres brouillante et le bruit est tres amplifiés par les échos des autres buildings à côté. Le service est tres médiocre de tous les employés de l'hôtel. Comparativement avec l'hôtel Marriott dont lequel on passe trois merveilleuses journées. il ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles mais un 2 étoiles.

Deceivingly Poor Hotel Which is Not 5 Star
Where do I begin. Check-in for a pre-paid, pre-booked Expedia reference took 45 minutes! Staff couldn't find my booking. One member was rude to me and should seek an alternative position, as they clearly cannot work at a reception desk. They used my middle name instead of my surname which was clearly stated on print-outs I had arranged. The same employee checked me into a room, which already had a guest staying in it! Room 2 was small and the bathroom smelt. Complained and received a 3rd room! Room was still small but did not smell as bad. Bathrooms small, shower was very tiny could not wash my back without hitting a door. Leaking fittings. Toilet roll holders broken. Oh and you are only given complementary water just the once (at a 5 star hotel!). Oh and you have to clean your own coffee mugs, without any liquid detergent. Housekeeping staff only clean when they are not busy, (requested a clean of my room, having been told they will do it the next day as they were soo busy). Pillows are too high, requested new shallow ones after 5 call reminders, only to be presented with the same pillows (1 hour after requesting them). I was told that I would get used to the pillows after a day or so! Definitely not 5 star, definitely do not recommend to anyone human! On the plus side, the bellboys and luggage guys were actually quite sympathetic. Lastly, Poor wifi. Really poor only available in the room corner by the doors!

Hopeless...I urge people don't get in to this trap
Very unfortunate would never advise anyone to stay der...however I must say the bell boys were more helpful den the front desk and housekeeping staff(Bengali housekeeping supervisor very rude)staff act as if dey wer doing favour to u..I was supposed to check-in at 4 pm and wen I arrived around midnite I was made to wait for an hour with my 2 little kids who r 4 n half month old n 3 yes,such a pity..if the management couldn't afford staff den u DNT deserve the right to charge sky high price for the room.check my booking n u will indeed find the price wat I paid.my room has to be changed 3 times...in 2 half days..reason being AC not working..no shuttle service I had to walk to Haram 3 times mind u it's 1.6 kms..and if u ask the staff about the shuttle service dey will say it want b available n dey want b knowing...DNT get carried away with this online star rating of the hotel it doesn't deserve a star rating.i myself have worked in an hotel industry..this is utter nonsense...DNT forget u ( management)have to answer almighty Allah wn u live this world..insha Allah he will take all ur hisab .

NOT a 5 Stars hotel
Det var ihvertfald ikke en 5 stjernershotel som de eller beskriver det. Toilettet var ikke ren. Og værelset lugtet. Aircondition larmede rigtig meget, og hvis man slukkede for den så var det varmt. NOT a 5 Stars hotel.

Little far from haram , about 25 minutes walk, acute problem of lifts, problems of finding booked room as they do not manage good online bookings and prefer walk-in cash bookings.Rooms and hotel is good for the price, neat rooms, smoking smell allover the hotel. Breakfast is very basic; this hotel is good for medium budget people with no luxury.
