The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

”First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking. The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom. No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area.”

”We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. ”The breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff running the breakfast! The coffee machines, giving each a person a fresh cup, one cup at a time was slow, and caused backups. I’d rather have a coffee decanter. The rooms were nice, and I love having unending supply of soaps and lotion. The he bed was too soft for my husband, but I slept fine!”

”Super location (train, metro, tram, buses and Logan express bus stop nearby). Clean and comfy room, spacious shower. If trying to find something to improve, I'd have liked a chair in the room, as the bed was high and I have short legs, so for example putting shoes on was a bit of a challenge. But like I said - if I try to find something, this really was not a big deal for us. : ) Helpful and nice receptionist. If I ever get to go to Boston again, I will absolutely stay here again. ”
