”This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel. ”First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking. The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom. No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area.”

”Super location (train, metro, tram, buses and Logan express bus stop nearby). Clean and comfy room, spacious shower. If trying to find something to improve, I'd have liked a chair in the room, as the bed was high and I have short legs, so for example putting shoes on was a bit of a challenge. But like I said - if I try to find something, this really was not a big deal for us. : ) Helpful and nice receptionist. If I ever get to go to Boston again, I will absolutely stay here again. ”

”The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen, so I cannot speak to its benefits. The bed was comfortable, and the room had what was necessary (seating, towels,...
