Villa Knossos Pearl is an elegant two-storey villa located within an exclusive, gated complex of four luxurious residences on a serene hillside of Crete. This distinguished Mediterranean retreat offers sweeping panoramic views of the sea and a wealth of private amenities for a truly relaxing and indulgent stay. Surrounded by 835 square metres of beautifully landscaped gardens, the villa boasts a 235 square metre interior and features a private seawater swimming pool with heating option, as well as a separate children’s pool, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.



The residence comprises five well-appointed bedrooms and six stone-finished bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests. Three of the bedrooms are enhanced with panoramic windows that frame the surrounding scenery, while the remaining two are designed with skylight atriums that bathe the spaces in natural light. The spacious living area is centred around an eco-friendly fireplace and opens onto two furnished terraces, ideal for lounging or al fresco dining. A pergola-shaded outdoor kitchen with a grill provides the perfect setting for shared meals overlooking the sea.



Villa Knossos Pearl is equipped with a full kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, and an electronic safe. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary hamper and a luxurious set of bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and soap. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided for added comfort. Housekeeping is performed every four days for stays of at least seven nights, including bed linen and towel replacement. Upon request, light cleaning services such as kitchen cleaning, waste disposal, and floor wiping in the living area can be arranged every two days. Daily terrace bin disposal is also included.



For families travelling with young children, highchairs, cots, bathtubs, and potties can be provided if requested in advance. The dedicated on-site staff are committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.



Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon check-in. Additionally, heating for the swimming pool is available upon request and may incur an extra charge.
