This was our first stay and there were some positive and negative aspects. It is classed as 4-star but would consider 3-star hotel.
Positives
- Food - there was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The dinner options were all very tasty and plentiful.
- Tennis & Padel - the facilities were first class, with 5 padel courts and 2 tennis courts. The hotel was selected for the options available and didn’t disappoint. There was always availability to book and rackets were provided free for hotel guests. Albeit the cost to book the courts were very high.
- Access - the town is a short 15 minutes walk, and found much easier to walk the back road than the main road. There is also a bus stop very close by in the main road which allows travel into Pollensa, Alcudia and Palms a great option.
Negatives
- Property condition- the rooms were very dated and in need of a refurbishment to be classed as 4-star. The restaurant was okay, but major trip hazard in middle and the charges for drinks were quite excessive.
Pool - the main pool was a fair size and the fresh water suited although my son developed an ear infection and suspect this was the cause and also knew a number of other children developed infections. The pool bar was always open, although the prices were quite high. The toilet facilities were always dirty and had a dodgy lock which caused my son to get locked in, fortunately were able to prise open from outside.
All in all a good 3-star hotel.
