Upea hotelli Palman vanhassa kaupungissa
Hotelli on 1600 - luvun palatsi Palman vanhassa kaupungissa. Täällä kokee olevansa aidosti kuin kotonaan. Palvelu on erinomaista ja siisteydestä huolehditaan. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ovat isot ostoskadut, mutta me ainakin viihdyimme paikallisten parissa vanhan kaupungin hiljaisemmilla kujilla. Hotellissahan ei ole uima - allasta, mutta meille sopi hyvin kattoterassi. Terassilla on erittäin hyvät auringonottotuolit ja hienot näkymät merelle.

This hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility in a bustling and vibrant city. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation. Don’t want to come home!

Very unique boutique hotel, with exceptional staff. Everybody was super friendly and made sure we were feeling well. Vivaldi Suite was a very nice and spacious room. The private Spa was amazing and the breakfast probably the best we ever had. Thanks to the whole team!

A truly outstanding experience
We loved everything about this hotel. The building itself is just stunning - you are basically staying in a palace! The room was beautifully decorated with every provision you could ask for. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The very best thing about our stay was the staff - without exception, they were charming, friendly and helpful. Just go - you will not regret it!

Great location for stay
A really old beautiful hotel in old Palma - small number of rooms so not busy and chef cooks breakfast for you - which was very nice. Downside - the room we were in had very little sound proofing so could hear neighbours tv and doors etc so not so good if a light sleeper. But no road noise etc. Nice roof terrace with views of port and cathedral. We could walk to beach and restaurants and shops, museums etc easily.

A gem of a hotel, run by angels
A gem of a boutique hotel in Palma Mallorca, with delicate touches of care and beauty at every corner! The hostess was a fantastic human being, and the rest of the staff too. They cared about the environment, which made us delighted. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room it was served in, couldn't be more beautiful. A very memorable experience for my wife and I, we have nothing but the best of wishes for them.

Treat yourself like Royalty in your own Palacio!
We had booked before but the room offered was not at all to our liking and they had no alternatives. However they were so nice about it that they arranged us to go to another hotel and gave us a light lunch on their delightful roof terrace whilst the transfer was arranged. So we thought we owed them another try. It was a wonderful experience as the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable time and the breakfast was amazing with the chef cooking anything you fancied to order in a truly bizarre yellow kitchen! Unfortunately the spa was closed as they had recently had a fire in the basement which was not advised to us by Hotels.com at the time of booking and should have been. If you want a special antique boutique hotel ideally placed in Palma then this is it!

Brilliant service and beautiful hotel.
Amazing hotel. Really helpful concierge. Recommended restaurants and bars which were some of the best I've been to In Palma and Majorca. Great position very close to everything aswell. Flexible with parking (very useful for an area with little parking) and check out. The room was clean and the facilities are brilliant. Great views over the city. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palma. Couldnt reccomend it enough..

Living old Palacio life in old Town Palma!
Beautiful and elegant old palace turned into hotel only recently. Big rooms, amazing and helpful service. Roof top deck is great place to have a drink and just hang out in the lounges. Staff encourages you to use the kitchen, dining rooms, etc. Make it like your own.

Lovely stay
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Service was above expectations, lovely staff who were so helpful. Beautiful having breakfast on the terrace with amazing views. Only problems we had were that parking in the hotel difficult - access is from a very narrow lane and through a narrow gateway. Trying to get out we got a huge scratch on our hire car! This was our fault though as the lady on reception did offer to drive the car out for us.

Sehr individuell, sehr schön die Möglichkeit die früheren privaten Räumen zu nutzen. Habe gerne dort gegessen, was indivuduell vom Koch zubereitet wird. Super Lage in der Altstadt mit herlichem Blick auf den Hafen und die Kathedrale.

部屋は狭く空調も悪く効きません！宿泊中水も出ない事もありました！また水の提供すらありませんしなんと言っても最悪だったのは部屋蟻が出てきて痒い！クレーム入れても満室との返事、でもネットで調べると空きがありしかもわたし達が予約した金額の半額以下！挙句の果てには予約入れて頼んだタクシーも来ず待たされるしまつ！

It was very different and had lovely bathroom and very grand styling. It was discreet and not in your face. Public areas such as dining room and grand hall were very grand and tasteful. It felt more like a stately home than a hotel. Little things like the door of room did not stay shut unless locked so we both had to be in room was bit irritating. Reception was very small and staff did not have a very good understanding of English sometimes.

Mycket fint hotell på bra läge. Personalen är väldigt serviceinriktad och vänlig. Rummet var till belåtenhet och de allmänna utrymmen överträffade förväntningarna stort.

Das Hotel liegt in einer schmalen Gasse der Altstadt nahe der Stadtmauer. Von der Bar auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Es ist ein schönes alten Gebäude mit teilweise erhaltenem Originalparkett. Jetzt in der Nachsaison war es herrlich ruhig, aber durch den Innenhof und eben auch das Parkett sollte einem bewusst sein, dass Geräusche gut übertragen werden. Das Zimmer (eine Junior Suite) war geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Schrank war etwas eingezwängt, aber das lässt sich durch die gegebenen Räumlichkeiten manchmal nicht anders gestalten. Im Bad alles wie beschrieben und ein gut funktionierender Fön, bei dem man nicht ständig eine Taste gedrückt halten muss, ist mir noch einen Extrapunkt wert. Das größte Plus sind allerdings die Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wirklich toller Service. Wir waren mit dem Leihwagen da, der glücklicherweise klein war. Die Anfahrt ist eigentlich ganz einfach... wenn man denn weiß, dass man in die für den allgemeinen Verkehr gesperrten Straßen fahren darf, d.h. nachdem das Hotel den Wagen nach Ankunft entsprechend angemeldet hat, also Parkplatz im kleinen Innenhof gleich mitbuchen. Da wir das aber nicht wussten, hatten wir das Auto irgendwo abgestellt und sind daraufhin vom Empfang dorthin begleitet und zum Hotel gefahren worden. Was für ein Service :-)
