Cycling holiday
We had a five day cycling trip to Mallorca in second half of April and this was our hotel. The hotel has a storage room for bicycles and also we could charge an electric bike there over night. First we thought that there is no place for charging electric bikes, but the hotel personnel kindly organised a place for it. Friendly personnel and good breakfast, our sea view room was clean and looked quite new. Somehow simple but a working solution, for example the shower was without a door, but actually working better that way. Next door to the hotel is a huge music bar (Mega park or something like that). We thought that it may be noisy in the nights but it was not. Don't know if that is the case all the time, at least we did not hear anything even though there obviously were people dancing drinking etc. Well, of course you have to accept that the place is on the beach, quite a lot of noisy people everywhere. The location is good, it is easy to go to cycling trips. Also the place we rented the road bikes was close to the hotel. We could go to the hotel again.

Mahtava sijainti
Hotellin sijainti on aivan loistava, meren rannalla. Toisaalta rantakatu on melkoisen meluisa, mutta huoneiden kaksoislasiovet peittävän melun melko tehokkaasti. Bileitä on kadulla usein ja viereisen MegaParkin jumputus kuuluu aamuun asti. Hotellin yleiset tilat ovat erittäin siistit, tosin siivouspartiot liikkuvat koko päivän, aloittavat huoneiden siivouksenkin vähän liian aikaisin (jo klo 8 jälkeen). Allasalue on hieno ja aamiainen on runsas, tosin valikoima vaihtelee päivittäin (leikkeleet ja lämpimät ruuat). Allasbaarin esitteessä näytetyt marja- ja hedelmäsmoothiet oli pettymys. Otin mansikkasmoothien, joka tehtiin jäisistä pakastemansikoista ja oli aivan vetinen. Kuitenkin paljon hyvää ja voin suositella tätä kaikille. Huone joka ensin saatiin oli erilainen kuin minkä olin tilannut, mutta vaihto onnistui helposti ja saatiin yksi hotellin parhaimmista huoneista tilalle. Loistavaa asiakaspalvelua !

Mukava rantapaikka + Palma lähellä.
Aika mukava ja todella puhdas hotelli. Saksalaisia alueella paljon. Ilmastointi ei toiminut vielä toukokuun puolessavälissä ja siksi oli yöllä kuuma nukkua. Toimii kuulemma myöhemmin.

Mukava hotelli
Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. Lähellä rantaa ja hotellin edessä oli bussipysäkki, josta pääsi kätevästi Palman keskustaan sekä lentokentälle. Hotellin ruoka ja palvelu olivat erinomaiset. Pyörää varten oli erillinen varasto.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist jetzt nicht der Hammer. Sie geben sich sehr mühe für das anrichten und sind immer sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Essen von der Karte ist jetzt nicht das was man sich so vom Geschmack her wünscht. Liegt direkt neben dem Mega Park und man hört von da nichts, ausser man ist am Pool aber auch da ist es so wie ein Nebengeräusch. Ansonsten würde ich def. nochmals in dem Hotel Buchen.

I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc were all made easier by having such a client focused dedicated front desk. Thank you again to German and Daniel. Also huge credit to the cleaning staff who made my room so presentable and such a huge pleasure to return to each day. Other services such as pool, restaurant, sauna, gym, having a beach front view were such a delight to enjoy too. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any one visiting Palma De Mallorca. Richard

Very close to the Playa's party hotspots. Nice pool. Very friendly staff, clean and calm rooms. Only downsight: mattresses were worn out (soft "hole" in the middle).

Die Nähe zum Balneario 6 ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht störend - obwohl es wirklich direkt neben dem Megapark ist. Natürlich gibt es auch im Hotel viele Partytouristen, aber wir fühlten uns durch niemanden gestört. Das Personal ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr freundlich. Davon könnten sich einige Hotels eine Menge abschauen. Ein Problem wurde vom Hausmeister sofort behoben. In der Umgebung viele gute Restaurants und Bars. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.

Everything was very good so far and the staff very nice and friendly, we felt very comfortable. But the mattresses and some pillows were not good

Very dated hotel but on the beach
The only reason you should consider this hotel is because of the location. Its on the beach and next to Mega park for those who want to party. Other then that this room is very very very dated.... Like 1990- 2000... Definitly not worth the money....

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Mariano from the front desk who solved every little thing we requested with a smile and fast. I would absolutely recommend this hotel especially if you like the party scene that Mega Park provides.

La struttura è un po' datata ma è confortevole e non manca niente, la porta finestra ha i doppi vetri perciò non senti i rumori esterni che senza sarebbe impossibile riposare. Ottima la colazione, varia e abbondante, trovi tutto. L'hotel si trova a fianco all'enorme locale tedesco ed è zona di soli tedeschi che si ubriacano dalla mattina alla sera, sporcano e fanno chiasso. Bella la spiaggia e la piscina .
