WiFi was utterly useless. 20% of guests were German pensioners and 80% were Russian. Few English speaking employees. The fact that it’s possible to smoke pretty much everywhere including the kids pool is strange for Nordic people.

Hyvä vastine rahalle
Olimme lokakuun alussa perhematkalla, neljä aikuista ja 6v. lapsi. Kamelyan alue muodostuu kolmesta osin samoja palveluista käyttävästä sisarhotellista, joista osia oli nyt suljettu. Rannalla ja ruokapöydässä oli tilaa, a la carte ravintolat toimivat vain joinain iltoina. Ruoka oli hyvää, valinnanvaraa paljon, osa hedelmistä tosin raakoja. Palvelutaso ja siisteys kohtuullisen hyvää, rantatalot vähän ikääntyneitä, petaus-patjoja tai vaatehyllyjä ei rantataloissa ollut.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Strand.Auswahl der Speisen sehr gut allerdings waren die Speisen nicht immer sehr warm gehalten.Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer das sehr groß und geräumig war.Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel reisen.

Eine wunderschöne große Anlage und riesen Buffetauswahl. Die Außenanlagen sind super gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Von Aktivitäten draußen bis Karaoke und Liveshows als Abendprogramm. Die Zimmer sind auch völlig in Ordnung aber könnten irgendwann mal renoviert werden. Aber ich würde immer wieder herkommen. Wundervoll.

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und haben dann vor Ort ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Beach House bekommen. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß (Bett ca. 2,40m breit; eine zusätzliche Couch; wir haben uns noch ein Kinderbett geben lassen; 2 Sessel und ein Tisch). Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte definitiv mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen und zusätzlich fand ich den Einstieg in die Wanne/Dusche arg hoch. Das Zimmer ist wirklich ruhig gelegen, und nur wenn in der Palm Pool Bar Musik gespielt wird, hört man es, sonst nicht. Das Restaurant bietet eine super Auswahl und man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Einziges Manko war für uns, dass die Pools alle zu kalt waren, also auch der Indoor und vor allem der Kinderpool.

Very great standards, and had a lovely time and experience. The infrastructures are very good, good quality, and everything feels premium. The hotel was on very limited operation when we were in, and had limited options and bars/restaurants open, but we still had plenty to do and much on offer. The room was good, and comfortable, and was well insonorised. The food offer was good and broad - and I imagine that at full operations there will be so much to try. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, even despite seeming more used to German and Russian than with English - but it still worked pretty fine and was never a problem. Parking worked great and was never a problem. The private beach was lovely, nice, clean and pleasant. I could see myself spending much more time in there. The location is also pretty great, if you are driving (but there are taxis outside) - there's loads of local commerce within 5 min, and it's a fantastic area with closeness to Side, Manavgat, and Antalya - with lots to offer by the sea and in the mountains. Sadly, there was so much to do in and out of the hotel that I only checked the spa on the leaving day, and it is superb. Great decor and infrastructures, gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa, a really good hammam, and a salt room that I only found out too late. I could see myself spending 2 weeks here, and it's a great resort, with great nice staff team who work hard and deserve the best. Also, lovely cats all around!

I booked this place for six days. I really enjoy staying there. The food was excellent property was very clean we definitely recommend this place I wouldn’t say it was a top luxury hotel, but for the price they gave us was excellent

Great location, next to the beach, beautiful outdoor facilities. However the stuff treat guests accordingly. I have personally never offered drinks at the restaurant while some other guests get service right after they set on the table. I would love to give tips if I get good service, but they are trying to ignore me. I hope every guest deserves the same service regardless of their ethnicity.

Auch wenn der Lack bei genauerem Hinsehen schon etwas ab ist, so waren wir doch sehr zufrieden. Das Personal nett und freundlich. Sicherlich war Ende Februar auch ein dankbarer Reisezeitraum, denn wir hatten nicht das Gefühl eines Massentourismuses. Essen war abwechslungsreich und die Sauberkeit im grünen Bereich. Wir würden nochmal dort fliegen.

Kein Meerblick obwohl gebucht
Es war alles super bis auf die Tatsache dass wir kein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen haben obwohl es so gebucht war. Da hätte ich auch das günstigere Zimmer buchen können. Uns wurde als Entschädigung eine Flasche Wein angeboten und ein Essen A la Carte aber beides bekamen wir auf Anfrage nicht. Dann wurde uns im ersten Stock ein Zimmer mit minimalem Meerblick gezeigt was in keinster Weise dem entsprach was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir waren auch schon 3mal in diesem Hotel und kennen das Zimmer mit Meerblick. Wir waren bisher auch immer sehr zufrieden aber nochmal werden wir nicht mehr kommen.
