+ By train: From MAN Airport to Gatley Rail Station, then change to bus service 370.
+ By bus: Take the 43 bus service , then 5 minute walk from the bus stop.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying and visiting(cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
