This apartment is a beautiful, light and open space with excellent access to the marina and City Centre

The Space:
Please note: We currently have scaffolding on our building at the moment.
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix.

The apartment features – 32-inch Smart TV, Netflix, private bathroom with free toiletries, oven, microwave, refrigerator, fresh linen and towels.

Besides from our beautiful flat - transport in a city is always important. We sit just 30 seconds walk from New Islington tram stop which means you can get anywhere in and around the city cheaply and quickly. The tram comes every 5 minutes and costs just £2.20 for a city return.
We're one stop from Piccadilly station for those coming by train and plane (there's a direct train from the airport into Piccadilly)
There's free on road parking 1 minute walk from the flat from 12:30pm on Saturday onwards and all day Sunday - if you're lucky they'll also be a spot that's free 24/7

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot can also be provided.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

The Neighborhood:
Situated next a beautiful canal, our flat sits right on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the Manchester.

There's an amazing Thai cafe a stones throw away from the flat - our favourite in Manchester! You've also got a local shop with all the usual essentials and are stones through away form New Islington tram stop if you wish to get around the city with ease.

Getting Around:
The flat is 30 seconds from New Islington tram stop so getting around is easy! We're just 1 stop from Picadilly station (3 minutes) or two stops to the centre of town (Market street). Trams come roughly every 5 minutes. If you prefer to walk it will take about 15 minutes, passing Northern Quarter on the way. Don't worry if it starts to rain - we provide two umbrellas for the unpredictable Manchester weather.

We also offer a fixed price meet & greet service from Manchester airport direct to our apartment. Just let us know if you'd like us to help organise.
