Clayton Vale is close by for running trails, family picnics and dog walks in real green space. Local supermarkets, takeaways, pubs and everything you need for a relaxed stay are all within easy reach, with the buzz of the city only a short hop away when you want it.



Getting Around:

Free off-street parking for two cars at the property, plus free on-street parking outside. The M60 is a few minutes away by car for routes across Greater Manchester and the airport. The Droylsden Metrolink tram stop is nearby for a direct ride into central Manchester. The Etihad Campus is around ten minutes by car, with plenty of taxis and ride-shares serving the area.
