Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Stay Conditions
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment during my recent stay.
Firstly, we were left waiting outside in the rain for five minutes before being allowed into the building. This was after ringing the bell and multiple phone calls. This is unacceptable and showed a lack of basic courtesy and preparedness.
Upon entering our room, it quickly became apparent that the facilities were far below standard. One of the blinds was mid-repair and unusable, while the television was in such poor condition it clearly required replacement. The condition of the room was frankly disappointing.
Most distressingly, when we returned to our room at midnight, we discovered that the ceiling was actively leaking water into the bedroom and onto our personal belongings. Now gone midnight we had to pack up our stuff and move to a smaller room. This is completely unacceptable in any circumstance.
The overall experience was not only frustrating but also disruptive and unacceptable. I expect a full investigation into these issues and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused.
