”This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice.”

”When we arrived the house was FREEZING. We had 30 minutes to get ready in the COLD and head to our Basketball game. First night we slept in the bed that was not very comfortable we heard a lot of noise and my wife said the house is haunted she basically did not sleep. Ton's of bugs I had to kill, clothes left in the dresser and closet from previous guests, outside front door someone spit not once or twice but like six times it was totally disgusting. I could not get hot water from the sink...

”The house is a nice older home with different areas that allow multiple people or groups to sleep comfortably apart from one another with enough privacy. There was an extra portable twin bed and pullout couch which made it nice for lots of girls for a sleepover. The house is a bit dated, but it was high end in the 90s for sure. Today it still has what you’ll need to enjoy your stay (and more) in the kitchen. You will be able to cook everything you would at home in this well-stocked kitchen with...

”This house was a great fit for our family. The kids loved the openness and the outdoor space. The only thing missing that I never located was a cutting board. The proximity to Purgatory ski resort was superior!”
