The room was big and nice, the staff was extremely friendly., but unfortunately was not able to spend much time in the lounge, skybar and swimming pool etc. , however I was very happy to spent my holiday and business time there. (hotel may need to improve one thing, Mosquitoes were a bit more)”

”Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream...

”Nice location and clean. Bathroom could have an update, but acceptable. Staff is super good. After being ripped off by a tutu driver, the hotel front desk helped booked a nice driver who took us to see 4 cities with a reasonable price for the second day. ”

” The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. ”

”３回目の宿泊です。マンダレーでトラディショナルな市場と、マンダレー最大かつ最重要と言われるマハムニ・パゴダを観るならベストのホテルです。いずれも徒歩圏内です。最上階(5F)にあるレストラン？からの眺望も良いです。新旧オーシャン・マーケット、ゼージョー・マーケットへも車等で10分程です。タクシーかトゥクトゥクがホテル正面の対岸に待機している事が多かったので、交通面での不満はありませんでした。”

”Très bon séjour à Mandalay ! Arrivé de bonne heure (6h), accueil agréable, Check in fait pour 9h, très arrangeant et gentil. On a même eu le petit déjeuner en attendant la chambre. Chambre propre, eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Vélo disponible gratuitement. Petit déjeuner un peu léger, demander à ce qu’on vous prépare des œufs. ”

”Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Asia food in the restaurant is excellent (my wife is a food specialist) but western food like Pizza is not their forte but adequate. The only let down was the air-condition unit which broke down during our stay.”

”I really recommend this hotel. Nice, very clean rooms, feeling safe, good internet, safety box and air condition, extremely helpfull staff. One of the best foot refloxologies i have ever had in the spa downstairs, very much needed after walking from pagoda to pagoda in 38 c degrees. If you are not afraid of chaotic traffic, you can use hotel's bikes, it's about 4 kms to main attractions and taxis are rather expensive in Myanmar.”
