Villa Chez Papà is a luxury villa with swimming pool for 10 guests, ideal for a holiday in Puglia by the beaches on the Ionian coast, in the area of Torre Borraco. Pets are allowed.
The villa is embellished by a lush garden, a beautiful and recently-built swimming pool, solarium, lawn, barbecue, wood-burning oven, outdoor shower, electrict gate and alarm system.
Villa Chez Papà, in addition to its design elements, is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv, fireplace stove, kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.

The big porch by
the swimming pool, is furnished with kitchen and dining area. Moreover,
there are tables and chaises loungues that allow you to relax. In the outdoor kitchen there are the wood-burning oven, barbecue and the fridge. Furthermore, in the garden there is a bathroom by the swimming pool with outdoor showers.
The villa is refined, with design modern furniture and bright rooms. The property consists of two independent units: the main unit and an outbuilding.
The
main units opens into a bright living room with sofas, armachairs, tv,
air conditioning and fireplace stove. There is a fully-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning
and closet and a bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite
bathroom.
The outbuilding is a lovely wooden unit with double
bedroom, room with double sofa bed, bathroom, dining area and mini-bar.
The laundry area is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Villa
Chez Papà is a short drive away from Torre Borraco, on the Ionian
coast, between Manduria, Campomarino and Porto Cesareo. It flows into
this area river Borraco, which creates a natural and crystal clear pool
on the beach.
The surrounding area is uncontaminated, green,
embellished by the Mediterranean scrub and the crystal clear water of
the Ionian sea. The villa is a short drive away to other seaside tourist
locations. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- It is composed by 2 separate units: main unit and dependance.
