A is located on the basement floor of Villa Adriana Puglia, next to
another vacation home. Autonomous and independent, the apartment has an
exclusive outdoor space for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a large living room with open kitchen and dining room, sofa and TV, utility room with washing machine.
From the living room a hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets, one double and one triple with double bed + single. The interior is completed by 2 shower bathrooms.
The
large shared garden offers the possibility to park the car inside the
property. Outside there is a small storage room with outdoor shower and
pile, convenient for laundry.

The vacation home is located in a small villa in San Pietro in Bevagna, a lively and well-serviced seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Manduria.
The villetta is just 50 meters from the sandy beach with
a shallow, sandy seabed and clear, clean water. Also within walking
distance are commercial establishments, typical restaurants, bars,
pizzerias and equipped lidos


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
