Villetta Sea Sunset is an 8-bed vacation home for vacations within walking distance of the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna.

outdoor space, garden, two beautiful verandas where you can have lunch
and dinner outside, and relax on sofas in the cool.
The indoor living area of Villetta Sea Sunset consists of a large eat-in kitchen, and a living room with dining room, 2 single sofa beds, fireplace and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning, curtains and mosquito nets. The cottage is completed by 2 bathrooms with shower stalls.

Villetta Sea Sunset is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, a town characterized by sandy beaches and crystal clear sea on the Ionian coast of Salento.
The house is just 600 meters from the beach and the mouth of the Chidro, ariver that creates suggestive cold water features on the beach before reaching the sea.
The main commercial activities are also within walking distance.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
