Seaview Borraco is a beautiful vacation cottage with garden and mini swimming pool with sea view for vacation rental a stone`s throw from the beaches of Manduria, in Torre Borraco, in the area of San Pietro in Bevagna.

The vacation cottage is equipped with accessories such as washing machine, outdoor shower, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, mosquito nets, TV, solarium by the mini pool, parking etc.

Seaview Borraco is a beautiful vacation cottage located within a semi-detached context. Next to the property, in fact, there is another house with a communicating garden, but well separated by a hedge that provides privacy.

The structure is newly built, in modern style. The jewel in the crown of the cottage is a lovely 2mx2 swimming pool with a sea view, an area where you can cool off and sunbathe in peace.

Also from the veranda there is a view of the sea and the green hedges of Mediterranean vegetation.

The furnishings of Seaview Borraco are simple and modern. The interior consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, hallway, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 triple bedroom with twin beds, and a second shower room.

In case of need, a sixth bed can be added on request with a small surcharge.

The sea-view vacation cottage is located in the countryside of the Torre Borraco locality, just 700 meters from the most beautiful beaches of Manduria, along the coast of San Pietro in Bevagna, which has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag recognition also in 2024.

Positioned in a residential area, the cottage makes it easy to reach all the main services in a few minutes by car.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in  - at the agency .
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared small pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 150.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden.
- The garden communicates with the garden of the adjacent house, it is separated by a low hedge (that has yet to grow).
