It is located in the Fort area which is relatively close to all the attractions such as the gateway of India. However you will have to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms vary in size. The first room we got was very small and the bathroom even smaller. However after requesting a bigger room the manager was kind enough to show as a couple of options and let us choose the one we wanted. This was great...

”Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”
