This cozy three-room apartment offers a large furnished terrace where you can relax outside, a bright double bedroom and a second bedroom with a sofa bed, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The location is ideal for quick access to the lakefront, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area. Guests have access to a large car park, convenient and always accessible.

To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
